Counselling for young people (11+) & adults near Bracknell.

A safe, supportive space to feel heard, understood and accepted

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, low mood, relationships, work/academic pressure, or simply finding life difficult, counselling can offer space to pause, talk and make sense of things.

How I can help

Everyone's reasons for seeking counselling are different. I offer a warm, non-judgemental space to explore what's happening and work out what might help.

Young People (11+)

Adolescence and young adulthood bring big changes and new pressures. Counselling can support people with anxiety, low mood, low self-esteem, school and exam pressure, relationships, identity, neurodiversity, and other challenges that can make life feel difficult.

Adults

Life can sometimes feel difficult to navigate alone. I offer a safe, supportive space for adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship difficulties, life changes or simply feeling stuck and together we can explore ways to move forward.

Parents

As a parent myself, I know that supporting a young person can be rewarding, but it can also feel overwhelming. I offer both counselling for parents and short-term, practical sessions to help parents understand and support their child's anxiety.

A little about me

I'm Claire, a BACP Registered Counsellor working with all age groups, specialising in working with young people and parents. My approach is warm, person-centred and collaborative.

I believe that feeling genuinely heard and accepted can be the starting point for meaningful change. I particularly enjoy working with young people and helping them find their voice and develop a greater sense of autonomy. I aim to create a space where they can be themselves, without judgement, and where we can work together at their pace.

What to expect

I offer face-to-face counselling located in Warfield (Moss End Garden Village), with online sessions also available.

Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting. I want the process to feel as comfortable and straightforward as possible.
